ndonesia is one of the world's leading mushroom warehouses. The cultivation of
oyster mushrooms (pleurotus sp,) often fails due to improper cultivation techniques and
ways influenced by factors such as environment, hygiene, and consistency during the
treatment. If these factors can not be met well then the results may potentially cause
failure. In addition it also needs a system contained to regulate the pattern of oyster
mushroom production in order to be able to maintain the mushroom production continuity.
The purpose of writing this final report is to know the oyster mushroom cultivation
techniques in P4S cijulan asri, knowing the production system in applied to maintain the
continuity of production. This PKPM activity is done for 2.5 months or 10 weeks starting
on 14 April - 21 May 2016 in P4S cijulang asri which is engaged in cultivation of
horticultural crops especially oyster mushroom P4S cijulang asri is located in highway,
cisarua, kab. Bogor based on PKPM activity results it is known that P4S cijulang asri
doing oyster mushroom production from preparation stage until harvest, each block able to
produce 0,5 kg during productive age that is 3 month pattern of production which applied
by P4S cijulang asri is constant pattern And continuous production systems. To maintain
the continuity of oyster mushroom availability in P4S cijulang asri then do follow the
pattern of sales, the pattern of turnover costs, labor, maximum capacity pasilitas
production.
