ANALISIS QUALITY CONTROL PADA PROSES PRODUKSIROTI BURGER DI KANTOR PUSAT TOM BURGER LUBUAK BATINGKOK KABUPATEN LIMA PULUH KOTA

Although the production processes have been carried out well, in fact there are still errors in the quality of the products produced that are not in accordance with the standards or in other words the products produced are damaged such as cracked, destroyed and charred products due to lack of control from the company. The objectives of this study are (1) Identifying the burger bread production process at Tom BurgerTM (2) What factors influence the production of burger bread at Tom BurgerTM.This research was conducted for ± 2 months starting from February 18 to April 19, 2019 at Tom BurgerTM Head Office. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, central studies and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, namely data on the amount of production and products that are damaged / disabled using the Statistical ProccessControl (SPC) method.The highest product damage was cracked burger bread 130 pieces, then followed by the lowest product damage was destroyed 98 pieces for 62 days of production. Based on the control chart, we can see the CL central line, which is 0.007 or 0.7%, while the control limit value of UCL is 0.014% or 1.4% and which is below LCL, which is 0.001 or 0.1%..Based on the results of the total damage is 0.83%, factory tolerance limit is 2% then it is said to be within the limits of company standards and quality control has been said to be good because the damage that happened a little and not too much influence on the company Tom BurgerTM.
