ABSTRACT

NURFADILATUL RISKA, Effect of Work Culture On Employee Performance In The Center for Souvenirs Ummi Aufa Hakim. Guided by ARNAYULIS, S.Si, M.Si and MEGA AMELIA PUTRI, SP, M.Si.

Center for Souvenirs Ummi Aufa Hakim is one of the largest sanjai chips processing companies in West Sumatra Province. In organizing sanjai chips processing and marketing activities, the role of human resources is very important to note, because many activities in the company must be well controlled. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of work culture to employee performance both simultaneously and partially in Center of Souvenirs Ummi Aufa Hakim.The results showed that the calculation of the F test conducted, it proves that the proposed hypothesis is proven to be true (H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected), ie the work culture variable simultaneously gives a significant influence on the performance of employees in the Center of Ummi Aufa Hakim, because statistically from the F test of the value P = 0,000
