The company’s financial performance is a representation of financial condition of
company which is analyzed by financial analysis tools, so that we can know about
its good or bad financial situation which reflects its work performance in a
certain period. Good financial performance can be assessed from the results of
the analysis that obtain a percentage that is in accordance with the standard set.
The guidline used in measuring the cooperative financial performance is the
standard decision of the minister of cooperatives of small and medium enterprises
Number 96/kep/M.KUKM/IX/2004 about operational standard guidlines for
saving and loan cooperative management and cooperative saving and loan units.
The formulation of the problems are a) how is the financial performance on
LKMS-A Gapoktan Panampuang Prima?, b) How to overcome financial problems
at LKMS-A Gapoktan Panampuang Prima? The purpose of this thesis are to find
out financial performance and financial position of LKMS-A Gapoktan
Panampuang Prima and to know how to overcome it financial problems. This
study is conducted in Jorong Surau Lauik, Nagari Panampuang, Kecamatan
Ampek Angkek, Kabupaten Agam. The analytical method used is descriptive
quantitative percentage method. Ratio analysis used in measuring financial
performace at LKMS-A Gapoktan Panampuang Prima is the analysis of liquidity,
solvency, and profitability ratios.
