White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is one type of mushroom that is
in great demand by the people of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine
the effect of organic supplements on increasing the production of white oyster
mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), to determine the concentration of the most effective
organic supplements to produce the best growth and yield of oyster mushrooms and to
identify the advantages and efficiency of organic supplements applied to mushrooms.

supplements with 4 treatments, namely 5 ml of 5 ml of Vitamin B1 + 1 L of water, 30 ml
of leri water, 40 ml of leri water and 50 ml of leri water. The parameters used in this
study were mushroom wet weight, number of fruit bodies, maximum hood
circumference and average stem length. Analysis of the data used is by using SPSS 20
with a test using One Way Anova. The results of the SPSS test showed that there was an
effect of adding liquid organic supplements to the production of oyster mushrooms on
wet weight and number of fruiting bodies of oyster mushrooms, namely in the P3
treatment (40 ml of leri water). Financial analysis of the most effective and more
profitable treatment in the 30 ml leri water treatment because the cost of raw materials
is the least among other treatments.
