ABSTRACT NURFADILATUL RISKA, Effect of Work Culture On Employee Performance In The Center for Souvenirs Ummi Aufa Hakim. Guided by ARNAYULIS, S.Si, M.Si and MEGA AMELIA PUTRI, SP, M.Si.
