Nusantara VI Plantation Afdeling Satu, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, Fifty Cities Regency. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the production of palm oil in PT. Nusantara VI Plantation Afdeling Satu, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, Fifty Cities Regency. This research data is secondary data obtained directly from the company with 24-month time series data from January 2019 to December 2020. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software. performed shows that (1). Working days and yields have a significant positive effect partially on oil palm production, however, population and fertilizer have no positive and significant effect on oil palm production at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VI Afdeling Satu, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, Fifty Cities Regency (2). Working days, yield, population and fertilizer simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on oil palm production at PT. Nusantara VI Plantation Afdeling Satu, Pangkalan Koto Baru District, Fifty Cities Regency.
